Support of Women’s Issues

	•	Harris is heavily involved with the Women’s Business Development Center (WBDC) in Chicago, with representation on the WBDC Board of Directors and as the Marquee Sponsor of the 2008 Annual Entrepreneurial Woman's Conference
	•	Harris is heavily involved with the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago and it’s affiliates, providing significant financial support and representation on the YWCA Board of Directors
	•	The Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana recognized Harris CEO Ellen Costello with their 2008 Luminary Award – their highest honor, given to an individual who has excelled in his or her field and serves as a role model for young women. Ellen will also chair the Girl Scout’s “Tribute to Achievement” dinner in 2009.
	•	Harris made significant, a multi-year grant to Women in Need Growing Stronger (WINGS) – an organization dedicated to ending domestic violence and homelessness.
	•	In the greater Milwaukee area, Harris executives serve on the boards of directors of Professional Dimensions , TEMPO , and Milwaukee Women, Inc.
