Average Daily Balance: For all Checking and Money Market Checking accounts, the Average Daily Balance is calculated by adding the Ledger Balance in the account for each day of the statement period and dividing that figure by the total number of days in the statement period. For all Savings accounts, Average Daily Balance is calculated by adding the Ledger Balance in the account for each day of the month and dividing that figure by the total number of days in the month.

Business Day: Our Business Days are Monday through Friday. Transactions on Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays are posted the next Business Day.

Collected Balance: The balance in your account at the close of the Business Day, consisting of cash, wire transfers and electronic deposits, plus those non-cash items on deposit for which you have received credit, and interest credited to the account, minus all withdrawals and other debits to the account.

Daily Balance: The Ledger Balance.

Direct Deposit: Automatic electronic deposit of recurring monthly payments such as payroll, government benefits, and other preauthorized credits to your account.

Electronic Payment: Automatic withdrawal of payments such as Harris Bill Payment and Presentment® and other preauthorized debits to your account. Electronic Payments do not include ATM transactions and Point-of Sale Transactions.

Harris ATM Transaction: A deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or balance inquiry at an ATM owned and operated by Harris or branded with the Harris name and/or logo.

Non-Harris ATM Transaction: A deposit, withdrawal, transfer, or balance inquiry at an ATM not owned or operated by Harris. When you use an ATM not owned or operated by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used. And you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a funds transfer.

Point-of-Sale (POS) Transaction: POS purchase, POS purchase with cash back, and POS merchandise returned through a participating merchant terminal.

Relationship Depositor: You will be Relationship Depositor if your Checking (funds in Money Market Mutual Funds are excluded), Savings, Money Market, IRAs, and /or Certificates of Deposit, at Harris, have an aggregate $20,000 average Ledger Balance calculated over the statement period of the Checking account. Relationship Depositors may qualify for a waiver of account maintenance and transaction fees. This covers fees for Checks and Electronic Payments and ATM transactions. You must notify a Personal Banker or call 1-888-340-2265 to establish your status as a Relationship Depositor.

Transaction Limitations
On Prime Money Market Checking, Money Market Checking, Statement Savings, Premium Savers and Minor Savings accounts, additional deposits of any amount are allowed at any time. There is no limit to the number of withdrawals made in person, at an ATM or by our check payable to the account holder when made by messenger, mail, or phone. Other transfers from these accounts, including Electronic Payments, Harris Telephone, and Online Banking transfers, are limited, by regulation, to six per month or monthly statement period. For Prime Money Market and Money Market Checking accounts only three of the six transfers may be by check or Point-of-Sale per monthly statement period. For Savings accounts, transactions that exceed the limit will not be allowed.

GENERAL CHECKING AND SAVINGS ACCOUNT FEATURES

Rate information*: Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. At our discretion, we may change the rate of interest on your account daily. When an account qualifies for a higher interest rate based on the Collected Balance level, that higher rate will be applied to the entire Collected Balance in the account. Interest rates and annual percentage yields are available by telephone at 1-888-340-2265 or at any Harris location.

Compounding and crediting*: For all Interest Checking accounts and Money Market Checking accounts, interest is compounded daily and credited monthly. For all Savings accounts, interest is compounded daily and credited quarterly.

Interest accrual*: For non-cash deposits (for example, checks) to Checking, Money Market, and Savings accounts, interest begins to accrue no later than the Business Day we receive credit. For cash and electronic deposits, interest begins to accrue the Business Day of deposit. We reserve the right not to pay interest on any deposit which is returned to us unpaid by the financial institution on which it is drawn.

Balance computation method*: We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the Collected Balance in the account each day. For Certificates of Deposit and IRA Certificates of Deposit, this method applies a daily periodic rate to the Ledger Balance in the account each day.

Statements: We will provide Checking, Prime Money Market, and Money Market account statements monthly. We will provide all other statements quarterly. We will provide monthly statements if there are ATM deposits, withdrawals or transfers (Statement Savings and Premium Savers), Direct Deposit, automated telephone or online transfers, or Electronic Payments on your account.

Effect of closing account*: If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.

Notice of withdrawal: We reserve the right to require at least seven days' notice prior to any withdrawal.

* Applies to interest-bearing accounts only.

SPECIAL SWEEP INVESTMENT FEATURES

This account links an interest-bearing checking account with a Money Market Mutual Fund Account. When the Collected Balance in your Checking account exceeds $5,000, the Sweep-Out Level, the excess is transferred automatically to your Money Market Mutual Fund. When the Collected Balance in your Checking account falls below $5,000, the Sweep-Back Level, we automatically redeem shares in your Money Market Mutual Fund to bring your Checking account balance to the Sweep-Out Level. You have a choice of three no-load Phoenix Insight Money Market Mutual Funds. Sweep transfers are made daily in $100 increments.
