Mortgage Advantages

No Surprises®
Our No Surprises Mortgage promise comes with every home loan we make. It means what it says…there will be no unexpected or unpleasant surprises with your Harris mortgage. We will explain the entire loan process to you in simple, easy-to-understand language. We'll tell you what all of your costs will be, up-front; and we'll give you a competitive interest rate quote in writing. There will be absolutely no surprises along the way or at closing.

Dedicated Loan Servicing
If you ever have any questions or concerns about your Harris mortgage, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-207-3058. We'll be there with prompt, efficient courteous service.

Low Closing Costs and No Hidden Fees
At Harris, we offer low closing costs and no hidden fees. Everything is simple and in easy-to-understand language.

Pre-Approval
At Harris a pre-approval offers a firm loan commitment from us before you buy, so you'll know how much house you can afford while you are shopping.

Extended Rate Locks
Harris offers standard 60 day rate locks. If your closing will take place after 60 days, Harris offers the option of extended rate locks up to 180 days depending on your product choice. Choose the rate and price protection option that is best-suited for your situation.

For new construction, Harris offers price protection up to 450 days, depending on product choices.

Rate-Cap/Float-Down Options
Harris offers Rate-Cap/Float-Down options for new construction loans closing between 4 and 15 months from the time your loan application is received, depending on your product choice. Our Rate-Cap/Float-Down option offers both protection from rising rates (your rate will be capped at a specific interval above your rate at application), as well as allowing your rate to float down if market rates decrease. It's the best of both worlds!

Mortgage Hotline
You can call us with questions or arrange an appointment at 1-888-HUBERT-1 (1-888-482-3781). We'll be happy to make an appointment at a time and place of your convenience or take your mortgage application over the phone.
