Special Mortgage Programs

Harris uses a tailored approach to meet your special financing needs. If your requirements do not fit any of our standard loans, we can still help with one of our special mortgage programs.

Bridge Financing
If you have purchased a new primary residence and the sale of your current residence is not taking place prior to your new purchase, we can help bridge the gap. We will allow you to use the available equity in your current residence to help complete the purchase of your new home.

Vacant Lot Loans
If you are considering purchasing or refinancing a residential vacant lot to build a new primary or second home, we can help. Lot financing allows you to build equity toward an eventual construction project down the road. We offer flexible interest only and principal repayment options designed to complement Harris’ construction loan programs for the eventual construction of your new home.

Condominium Financing
If you need financing for a new or recently converted condominium, Harris can help. Restrictions may apply, so please check with a Harris Mortgage Specialist for details.

Investment Property Loans
Harris offers mortgages for investment property financing including our zero point investor loan.

First Time Homebuyer and Affordable Mortgage Programs
Harris offers a variety of Affordable Mortgage Programs designed to make home buying easier for those purchasing a home for the first time or families with low to moderate incomes. Programs are available with down payments as low as 5%, subject to applicable restrictions. Harris also offers Homebuyer Seminars that explain these programs and more.

Multi-Family Loans
If you need financing for property and buildings with more than four dwelling units, call us at 312-461-5238 for details.
