Harris offers a wide variety of affordable mortgage programs designed to help individuals and families purchase homes of their own.

Housing Grant Programs
Harris provides special grant programs for borrowers with low to moderate incomes. The Harris Affordable Housing Grant programs can provide financial assistance with your closing costs or down payment. Additionally, many local and state governmental agencies offer grants or financial assistance that can be used with a Harris affordable mortgage program.
