The bank pays you to save by matching a portion of your 401(k) before-tax contributions. The plan offers fourteen investment fund options from which you can choose to invest your contributions. The bank also provides a pension plan. The pension plan is designed to provide a source of continuing income when you retire. Harris pays the entire cost of the pension plan benefit.
The Employees' Share Purchase Plan lets you invest in the equity market and Bank of Montreal U.S. Group of Companies by buying Bank of Montreal Common Shares directly through the Bank.
