Executive Bios

Deirdre Drake Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Harris N.A.
Deirdre Drake, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Harris N.A., is responsible for creating business strategies and operational priorities that focus on people and a higher performing culture. Deirdre builds and drives human resource strategic plans, measures and metrics for Harris Community Banking, and is instrumental in the planning and development of annual goals and objectives for the division. With respect to our U.S. growth plans, Deirdre is accountable for the development of human resource strategies to support mergers and acquisitions. A native of Michigan, Drake was appointed to the role in January 2006.
Deirdre brings over 19 years of experience and leadership in Human Resources from Marathon Oil, Kraft General Foods, MCI Telecommunications, and ARAMARK Corporation. Deirdre serves on the board of Directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago and Career Transitions Center.
Deirdre holds a Masters of Business Administration from St. Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
