What information can I access?
Harris Total Look currently supports access to more than 2,000 Web sites and the number is growing every day. At this time, Harris Total Look can only retrieve information from these sources. If you would like us to add support for a specific account, please go to the customer account section and click on the "suggest a site" link

Is it safe?
The security and confidentiality of your financial information is of utmost importance to us. While accessing your personal account information through Harris Total Look, the data is transmitted using the same security as if you were logging in directly to that site. It is recommended that you review the security policy of any site you access online.
In addition, we have taken several precautions to ensure your safety:

By establishing a Security Profile, you can rest assured that you are at the authentic Total Look site, and not a phony, look-alike one.

We require strong encryption. Encryption is the method of "scrambling" information to protect its transmission over the Internet. You must use a browser that contains 128-bit encryption.

We have established firewalls. To build a barrier between an internal network and the Internet, a firewall is installed. The firewall becomes the only way anyone can access the network from outside. Because everything entering the network has to pass through the firewall, it controls all traffic between the network and everything outside it. Therefore, unauthorized users cannot access your account information.

We have a session time-out feature. If you remain inactive within your Harris Total Look session for 15 minutes, the system will automatically require your Harris Online Banking User ID and password to be entered before allowing you to continue.

How do I sign up for Harris Total Look? To sign up, simply log in to your Harris Online Banking account, click on the Total Look tab, and select Enroll Now. It only takes a few minutes to setup, and you can begin using Harris Total Look right away!

How do I log into Harris Total Look To log into Total Look, simply select Harris Total Look from the drop-down menu on the harrisbank.com homepage and enter your Online Banking User ID — be sure to use your Online Banking login information, even though you are logging in to Total Look.

What if I have Harris Total Look and Harris Online Banking, but have forgotten my Online Banking User ID and/or Password?
To generate a temporary Password from the home page, click on the Need to reset your password? link (located directly below the Log In button) and follow the instructions.
Please have the following information available:
- Your Harris Online Banking User ID
- Your First Name and Last Name (as it appears on your account)
- Your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
- Your Harris ATM / Debit Card Number and PIN
A temporary Password will be generated. You will sign in to Harris Online Banking using this temporary Password, and then be prompted to create a new Password. If you do not have this information -- or have more than one Harris ATM / Debit Card -- you will need to contact Harris Online Services at 1-888-340-2265 (select option 4), or click to have one of our Customer Service Representatives call you back at the number you provide -- you'll need an open phone line to receive this call. Representatives are available Monday - Friday 7:00am to 10:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm, CST.

Typically, accounts are updated in less than 30 seconds. However, the actual time depends on your own connection, network traffic, and activity at the destination site itself.

Can any signers on an account use Harris Total Look?
Yes! All authorized individuals on an account may access Harris Total Look. All authorized individuals must complete the simple enrollment process, and possess their own Harris Online Banking and Total Look accounts. To learn more, click here.

Can I use Harris Total Look for my business accounts?
Yes. You can use Harris Total Look for personal or business accounts. Please be aware that combining your personal and business accounts within the same Harris Total Look ID and password will impact your Net Worth balance.

Technical
What equipment and software do I need to use Harris Total Look?
You will need an Internet connection with a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Currently, supported operating systems are Windows 95 - XP. Supported browsers are Microsoft IE versions 5.x, 6.x and Netscape Navigator 6.x browsers.
Important Note to MAC Users: If you are trying to access Harris Total Look with a Macintosh operating system, you may encounter a problem where page formats will not display properly.
If you are using AOL with a Macintosh operating system, you may also experience difficulties logging in and may not be able to navigate properly. To access Harris Total Look, we recommend using an external browser after you have connected through AOL.

How do I know if I have 128-bit encryption?

At this time, Harris Total Look allows you to export your transaction data in the .csv file format.

What happens to my account information if I cancel my Harris Total Look service?
When you cancel your Harris Total Look service, all your information will be removed from the database and you will be notified by e-mail when your account cancellation is complete. Please remember that we do not have access to your ID or passwords for any of the accounts you sign up. It is your responsibility to remember your ID and passwords for all of your accounts.

I set up my Harris Online Banking® account on Harris Total Look, but I can't view my loan accounts. Why?
In order to view your Online Banking loan accounts in Harris Total Look, you must set them up separately, under Harris Loans. They will appear in your "Liabilities" section, therefore providing a more accurate balance of your Net Worth.

How is the balance calculated for "Assets" and "Liabilities"?
Within Harris Total Look, the balance for Assets is based on the Current balance. The balance for Liabilities is based on the Loan balance. Both balances are referred to as the "Ledger" balance within Online Banking.

What is the difference between Available Balance and Current Balance?
The Current balance consists of all deposits, plus interest credited to the account, minus all withdrawals and other debits to the account at the close of the prior business day. The Available balance is the balance available for withdrawal, but does not include checks that will be charged to the account during the current business night's processing. Processing occurs nightly, Monday through Friday.

How far back does the account details information go?
Financial detail information is stored within Harris Total Look for the life of your account. This long-term transaction storage archive will be enabled for both Harris and non-Harris accounts.

I've just enrolled for Harris Bill Pay service and set it up within Harris Total Look, but it doesn't display any information and sends an error message. Why?
In order for your Bill Pay information to display in Harris Total Look, you must first set up the payee information within your Bill Pay service. If you do not have any payees listed, you will receive an error message.

How current is my account information in Harris Total Look?
Your Harris Investment Online account information is updated at the end of each business day. If you are unsure of information date, simply use the Auto-login feature to view your current account information within Investment Online.

Where can I find my Cash Equivalent information?
Your Cash Equivalent information is found in the Holdings section. The Description column lists each of your funds individually.

Within Harris Total Look, the Market Value is listed as "Mkt Value".

Where is the transaction description when the Action field says "N/A"?
Some of your detailed transactions may show a "N/A" in the Action field. You can still view them under the Description column.

What if I am an Investment Online customer, but do not have a Harris Online Banking Account?
If you are a user of our Investment Online service (Trust & Investments of Harris Private Bank) and you do not have a Harris Online Banking account, a representative from the Trust & Investments group will be contacting you prior to April with account credentials that can be utilized to access Harris Online Banking. Questions beyond this can be relayed to the Investment Online Application Manager at (312) 461-3290.
