Harris Ranked Highest in Midwest Region in a Tie
for Customer Satisfaction in Retail Banking
J.D. Power and Associates Annual Ranking Released
CHICAGO, May 19, 2009 – Harris was ranked highest in retail banking in the Midwest region for customer satisfaction in a tie, in J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM released today.

The rankings, published today, analyzed customer satisfaction with the retail banking experience through six factors: transactions, account statements, account initiation/product offerings, convenience, fees and problem resolution.

Harris Joins City of Chicago in Support of Maintaining Good Health Habits
CHICAGO, May 11, 2009 – Harris announced today that it is partnering with the City of Chicago in their response to prevent the spread of H1N1 and other viruses. In support of protecting the public, Harris will fund the hand sanitizing gel at more than 400 new sanitizing stations throughout O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway Airport.
