Institute for Learning- The Institute for Learning is BMO Financial Group’s®† corporate university. With two campuses (one in Toronto and one in Chicago), the Institute for Learning is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to learning. The Institute for Learning offers a comprehensive array of learning solutions and tools enabling employees to develop knowledge and skills needed to achieve professional business goals. Through the Institute for Learning we offer both classroom-based and e-learning, with a wide variety of accessible programming to support the professional development of employees from across the organization. The IFL offers access to barrier-free learning so that all employees can achieve their full potential.
- Harris supports employees’ educational pursuits by offering a tuition reimbursement program. We recognize that formal education has value both to individual employees and to Harris through the enhanced quality of our employees’ contributions. Master’s degrees and industry certifications are common examples of reimbursable expenses, subject to manager approval.
