Groups within Harris
Harris is organized into the following groups to serve our customers’ needs:
Harris Community Bank - Harris Community Bank includes Micro Business and Retail Banking focused on customer relationships. Our customer service points of contact in our communities carry home our message, "We're Here to Help."
Small Business – Small Business Banking is responsible for sales and service components associated with the Small Business market (company revenues up to $10 million). This group manages commercial account portfolios ensuring growth and quality and advises customers on business management and other financial matters.Middle Market Banking – Middle Market Banking is accountable for the revenue growth, customer relationships, pace of change and overall financial performance. Middle Market Banking focuses on building commercial relationships with privately held companies that generate revenues between $15 million and $75 million.
Cash Management - Throughout every business cycle, effective management of working capital can have a measurable impact on bottom line performance. When you have easy access to current information on receivables, disbursements and investments, you're empowered to address a number of critical business challenges. Harris offers an array of cash management products and services that help boost bottom line performance.
Commercial Real Estate – Responsible for sales and service components associated with builders/developers and real estate investors. Typical credit transactions deal with the purchase, construction or refinance of real estate projects located in the Midwest, typically between $1 million and $15 million.

Bank Manager Training Program.- A six-month training program including classroom, e-learning and self-study courses.
- Candidates have the chance to work with Learning Partners (experienced Bank Managers, Personal Bankers, etc.) to gain on-the-job experience.
- Candidates who successfully complete the program are placed as Assistant Bank Managers, and are then eligible to apply for Bank Manager Opportunities.
